To further strengthen our contracts department, we are seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer who will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager in the headquarters and administratively to the Country General Manager.
Your tasks
- Execute electrical and instrumentation activities for industrial refrigeration retrofit and new installation projects
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems
- Coordinate site activities with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Read, interpret, and implement electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and control system drawings
- Support commissioning and startup of refrigeration equipment and associated control systems
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving electrical, instrumentation, and automation-related issues
- Conduct inspections and testing in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and project requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare commissioning reports, test records, technical documentation, and progress updates
- Support maintenance and service activities during project execution and post-commissioning phases
- Participate in site meetings and provide technical support during project implementation
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company HSE policies and procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely project completion
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation engineering
- Experience in industrial refrigeration projects, retrofit activities, and new installations is preferred
- Hands-on exposure to installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and site coordination
- Experience working on industrial, manufacturing, refrigeration, or processing plant environments
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, sensors, transmitters, and automation control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, loop diagrams, and technical documentation
- Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation
- Good communication and coordination skills.
