To further strengthen our operations, we are seeking a Site Engineer who will be reporting to the Operations Manager.
Your tasks
- Ensure smooth installation of compressors, high-pressure and low-pressure receivers, ammonia pumps, evaporators, condensers, PHEs, electrical panels, pipelines, and controls in line with drawings
- Commission refrigeration plants after installation
- Update drawings as required based on site conditions
- Maintain direct coordination with customers and contractors on site matters
- Recommend equipment selection and support design and installation
- Maintain inspection reports and records for equipment, structures, maintenance, and repairs
- Supervise maintenance teams, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, training, and problem-solving
- Improve productivity and efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and structural works are completed correctly
- Ensure utilities operate effectively and meet safety requirements
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial refrigeration plant installation
- Strong understanding of large-scale industrial refrigeration systems
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and execute on site
- Proven ability to lead installation teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets
- Good communication and computer skills
