To further strengthen our Operations department, we are seeking a Site Supervisor who will be reporting technically to the Operations Manager and administratively to the Country General Manager.
Your tasks
- Ensure smooth installation of compressors, high-pressure receivers, low-pressure receivers, ammonia pumps, evaporators, condensers, PHEs, electrical panels, all pipelines, and controls as per drawings
- Maintain direct relationships with customers and other contractors regarding site issues.
- Recommend appropriate equipment types and oversee installation
- Maintain scheduled inspection reports for operating equipment, fixed building equipment, structures, maintenance, repairs, and related records
- Supervise maintenance personnel, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, training, and problem-solving
- Develop measures to improve productivity, increase efficiency, and maintain quality. Ensure all mechanical, electrical, electronic, and structural repairs and improvements are performed correctly, and all utilities are in proper working order. Support safety-related responsibilities
- Report required repairs or hazards when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and adhere to all applicable international standards
Your profile
- Associate degree or diploma in Industrial Refrigeration Technology or a related 2-year program
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration plant site installation
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, preferably industrial refrigeration projects
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and execute work on site
- Ability to lead mechanical and electrical installation teams to achieve quality, cost, and timeline targets
- Good communication and computer skills
