To further strengthen our Service Sales department, we are seeking a Service Sales Engineer who will be reporting technically to the Service Manager and administratively to the Country Area Manager.
Your tasks
- Map customer needs and support sales strategy with the Head of Service Sales Support
- Translate customer requests into accurate quotations
- Deliver commercially and technically sound calculations
- Track quotations and follow up
- Plan resources to meet tight timelines
- Prepare order confirmations and purchase orders and follow through shipment
- Support branch offices and distributors in the region
- Report to the Service Sales & Service Manager on regional activities
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Organize project meetings when required
- Share knowledge and support team development
- Drive standardization and stay updated on industry developments
- Coordinate customer visits with the technical team
- Apply new technologies to strengthen offerings and differentiation
- Support Area Managers and Sales Engineers in regions with limited expertise
- Contribute to efficiency, sustainability, and innovation
- Manage supplier communication and price negotiations
- Ensure specifications and pricing are obtained from stakeholders
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Refrigeration Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Maghreb
- Technical degree with more than 15 years of experience in industrial refrigeration
- Fully aware of relevant standards and guidelines such as EN 378, PED, and PGS13, including country-specific requirements where necessary
- Excellent command of English and French, both verbal and written
- German is an added advantage
- Innovative, creative, and results-driven team player
- Strong commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills
