From the earliest stage of the company’s journey, Basem Alfar played a central role in shaping GRADE’s foundation and direction. Through years of dedicated leadership, he established a strong market presence and built lasting relationships with customers across the MENA region and beyond. Under his leadership, GRADE delivered major industrial refrigeration and heating projects across a wide range of industries, supporting customers with tailored solutions and dependable performance, with an increasing focus on natural refrigerants and energy efficiency. His contribution remains deeply rooted in the company’s structure and continued development.

As part of this transition, Ziad Al-Bawaliz assumes the role of Managing Director. He brings extensive regional experience, strong operational leadership, and deep expertise in industrial cooling and heating solutions. His leadership ensures continuity while reinforcing a clear focus on disciplined execution, customer value, and sustainable performance.
